Quality Control through Treg Potency monitoring

A significant part of Treg product quality control is the confirmation of their immunomodulatory or anti-inflammatory capacity. The expression of FOXP3 underpins Treg anti-inflammatory efficacy. CytoSage has state of the art high throughput multicolor fluorescent cell imaging facilities that enable quantification of individual cell protein for monitoring intracellular production of FOXP3 an other proteins associated with efficacy such as Helios.

CytoSage has next generation sequencing facilities for monitoring a wide range of expression in Tregs, but also expression in both adaptive and innate immune cells that Tregs are brought in contact with. The CytoSage founding team also have cellular pharmacologists with the expertise to monitor the potency of individual Treg product batches, but also to explore the facilitation of Treg potency.
